Had a very nice stay here during our weekend. Unbeatable location right on the train tracks, amicable staff, everything was great. The rooms were reasonably spacious and had a SPLENDID view of the Cathedral.

Excellent quality hotel in a shopping area right by the train station, the river, the Dom, shops and many kolsch brewhouses, the Cathedral-An ideal base for exploring Cologne, and the Cathedral or Cathedral Christmas market. Airy room in good condition, and absolutely perfect location. Knowledgeable staff always on hand. Excellent service, amazing breakfast spread. Late check out.

I thoroughly enjoyed friendly efficient and very responsive personnel that ensures guests have a very pleasant stay. I have stayed in the queen room with central heating, an electronic key card, and TV. Excellent service, the breakfast is marvellous.

Fairly clean venue, the best location within 20 minutes' drive of Koln/Bonn airport. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff and altogether an enjoyable experience. Exceptional service, airy and neat room complete with window right on the train tracks, a shower, as example.

We had a pleasant stay at A & O. The staff were helpful and offered to store our luggage for us. They even made arrangements for us to store our luggage at a partner hotel when there was limited space. The B&B itself was nice and clean, with a good breakfast. Its location just in front of the Cathedral was excellent. The only minor inconvenience was the check-out time at 10:00, but they did offer a late check-out option for a fee. we would recommend this place.

My stay at A & O was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently close to the central train station and other attractions we wanted to visit. They were kind enough to let us check-in early, and they even had a luggage storage facility which was very useful. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the free wifi provided more than enough connectivity.

For a budget stay, you can't beat this hostel's central location, just next to Cologne Cathedral and close to Köln train station. The rooms are simple and clean, with friendly staff who speak fluent English. While the rooms may be tiny, the light fixtures are excellent, allowing for comfortable reading in bed without disturbing others. The clean bathrooms and great breakfasts add to the overall positive experience.

The beds could use an upgrade, as the iron springs are easily felt.
